She Builds’ mission is to increase the number of females seeking careers in construction through meaningful engagement and experiential programs.

ACI’s Construction Career Center is committed to closing the workforce gap and increasing diversity in the industry. She Builds is ACI’s newest workforce solutions initiative to help meet that goal.

She Builds focuses on mentoring females as they explore careers in construction and providing female adults in commercial construction the opportunity to connect with the next generation of women potentially entering the industry.
