ACI She Builds Camps are unique experiences created by Allied Construction Industries (ACI) to provide young women line of sight and access to careers in the trades.

The construction industry builds everything around us—and it’s eager to welcome the next generation of women who want to build it.

ACI She Builds Camps make that introduction.

Created by ACI in partnership with community organizations and educational institutions across the region, ACI She Builds Camps are experiences that provide not only exposure to the construction industry through project-based learning, but build confidence and teamwork.

Working alongside the women and men who lead the region’s construction industry, campers get experience with tools, trades, and real projects—discovering careers that offer creativity, serious earning potential, and work that literally shapes the world around them. But the building that matters most happens inside the campers themselves. Through collaboration, shared challenges, and intentional social and emotional learning, girls develop resilience, self-belief, and the kind of bonds that last well beyond camp week.

And with women making up just 11.5% of the construction workforce in the Cincinnati MSA, every camper who finds her path here strengthens the future of our entire regional industry.
