Nominations for this award should include examples of programs, initiatives, or partnerships developed by the organization to improve the emotional and psychological well-being of team members.

Awarded to an organization that is leading the in the areas of safety, health and wellness. This organization has developed an innovative and exemplary safety program, process, initiative and/or product that has resulted in a culture of safety in which employees thrive, reduced number of incidents, and/or improved productivity.
Examples of the (contractor) company’s commitment to active safety training or participation through new or revised processes or approaches.

Awarded to an organization that has developed programs which have reduced the number of incidents or improved productivity.
Examples of company’s commitment to active safety training, work site hazard identification and control programs, with management and employee participation.

Awarded to an individual (safety leader or craft worker) who has demonstrated a commitment to inspiring change and/or revising a safety program or process. This individual proactively identifies and mitigates risks, is a champion of training and education, and is dedicated to working safely and inspiring others to do so.
