The mission of ACI’s Construction Career Center (CCC) is to close the Cincinnati region’s commercial construction industry workforce and skills gap.

The CCC offers workforce solutions, from classroom exploration through long-term employment. ACI’s vision is for the CCC to be a catalyst for Cincinnati’s development as a “Top Ten City” for construction activity, employment levels, and wages.
