Volunteer Types *

Experience Leaders: Help ensure students are safe and appropriately engaging with exhibits. Monitor student traffic, ensure students stay in appropriate spaces on fairgrounds
Student Engagement: Help with the registration/set up of exhibitors. Assist with student arrival, orientation and dismissal protocols
Sponsorship Engagement: Support sponsors, assist with the implementation of specific event sponsorship activations (DJ, trivia, group photo, etc.)
Exhibitor Engagement: Ensure a smooth set up and breakdown of employer exhibitor stations. Provide assistance during event and help with student flow to ensure positive employer and student experience
Lunch Coordination: Help implement lunch schedule of rotations for students, exhibitors and volunteers
Transportation Coordination: Assist with Communication and line leadership to usher students in and out of fairgrounds.
